Possibly a bit of an alternate universe – I couldn’t resist having Kraelyn in there. I think this is an idea that would work really well as a finished piece. It’s hard to capture the whole image in my head with just pencil scribblings. I’m fond of it, though. I’ve probably mentioned it before, but one of my favorite scenes from one of my favorite books involves rain in the desert, swimming among stars, and a carpet of sudden flowers. Yeah, I’m fond of this. 😀
