You don’t get to see the face of this stranger who’s talking up Crelise, but I still had to briefly draw it before I started. For the first panel I slipped another piece of paper above this one to mark out where his head would be, and for panel three he was encroaching on panel one before I erased him. I find it really hard to draw people when I don’t have a head to start with – it gets very confusing in my head to figure out where the shoulders should go and whatnot.
